What is the maximum capacity for a corporate function?
The venue accommodates 150 to 200 guests. Cocktail layout works up to 200; seated banquet works up to 150. Theatre or conference layout is best at 80 to 120 depending on your AV setup.
Is parking available for guests?
Yes. Free underground parking is available at Bryanston Shopping Centre with a private entrance to the venue separate from the main shopping foot traffic. There is capacity for over 200 vehicles.
Do you handle catering in-house?
Yes. Our on-site kitchen handles canapes through to plated three-course dinners. We provide seasonal sample menus, accommodate dietary briefs, and can scale from light bites to full sit-down service. Outside catering is permitted with prior approval.
Is the venue available for weekday corporate events?
Yes. Weekday daytime and evening bookings are welcomed and are typically more flexible on date availability than Saturday evenings. Get in touch to check your preferred date.
Can we brand the venue with company logos and signage?
Yes. The space supports branded backdrops, step-and-repeat walls, projected logos, branded bar back-walls, table-top branding, and exterior signage at the entrance. We can recommend trusted production partners or work with your existing brand agency.
Is there a generator for load-shedding?
Yes. Full generator backup keeps AV, kitchen, bar, lighting and security running through any Eskom outage. Your event runs uninterrupted regardless of the load-shedding schedule.
How far in advance should we book?
For Q4 year-end functions, we recommend booking 3 to 6 months ahead; many November and December dates fill by mid-October. For other corporate functions, 3 to 6 weeks notice is comfortable. Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible — please call to check.
