How many guests can Solstice host?
The venue accommodates 150 to 200 guests. A cocktail layout works for up to 200 and a seated banquet for up to 150.
Can we have a sit-down dinner with speeches?
Yes. A seated banquet works for up to 150 guests, and the hire includes wireless handheld microphones and a PA and sound system for speeches and awards.
Can we brand the venue for a client function?
Yes. Branded backdrops, step-and-repeat walls, projected logos, branded bar back-walls, table branding and entrance signage are all possible. We can recommend production partners or work with your agency.
How do guests get home safely?
There is a dedicated Uber pick-up zone at the venue, and free, secure underground parking for guests who drive.
What time does the event end?
Events end at midnight. Later finishes can be arranged with management approval.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking three to six months ahead. Weekday dates are usually more flexible than Friday and Saturday evenings.
